Using PE-Minimize to generate the conformation of input protein after energy minimization

1. Upload your PDB files requiring energy minimization, the page will check whether the uploaded file meets the requirements

2. When the user clicks the 'Run PE-Minimize' button to submit, the page displays the results: The left box shows the energy minimization details, and the right box shows the 3D structure of the input PDB file before and after the energy minimization. The user can click on the link to minimize energy after the PDB file
