Using PDB-ReNumber to modify the protein chain number or atom number in the protein PDB file

1. Upload your PDB files to be renumbered, the page will check whether the uploaded file meets the requirements

2. Users also need to select parameters, whether to customize the starting number for renumbering. By default, the program will start numbering each chain from 1, and users can choose the second option to enter a custom starting number.

3. When the user clicks the 'Run PDB-ReNumber' button to submit, the program will output the result of the renumbering. Users can click on the link to download the renumbered PDB file
