Using PDB2FAS to extract protein sequences from a PDB file and converting to FASTA format. PDB2FAS parses ATOM coordinates from PDB file and converts them into a FASTA format sequence file.

1. Upload your PDB files that need to be converted to FASTA, the page will check whether the uploaded file meets the requirements

2. When the user clicks the 'Run PDB2FAS' button to submit, the page displays the results: the sequence of all extracted chains in the input PDB will be displayed and user can click on the link below to download the transformed FASTA file
